Liu Hongming, Party Secretary
Liu Hongming, born in August 1968 in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province, doctor of management, researcher. Took part in the work in August 1990. He has successively served as the chief of achievements section, chief of planning section, deputy director of Party Committee Office, deputy director of United Front Department of Science and Technology Department of Nanjing Agricultural University, member of Standing Committee of the Communist Youth League of Jiangsu Province, director of publicity department, director of office, director of school Department, member of Standing Committee of Tongshan County, deputy county director in Jiangsu Province, President of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
He is currently the party secretary of Jiangsu Maritime Institute and the dean of Academy of Applied Maritime Talents of the Belt and Road. He also holds the posts of vice president of navigation education research branch of China Communications Education Research Association, vice president of cruise Talents Training Alliance of Chinese institutions of higher learning, vice president of Jiangsu navigation society and vice president of Jiangsu Shipbuilding Engineering Society.
He has successively won the honorary titles such as advanced individual of Vocational Education in Jiangsu Province, outstanding contribution award for employment of national navigation graduates, China's navigation man of the moment, and two first prizes of teaching achievement award in Jiangsu Province, and one first prize of science and technology progress award of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.
Presided over and participated in the soft science subject of Jiangsu Province: “Jiangsu's participation in the research on the status quo and countermeasures of technological innovation cooperation under Belt and Road”, Jiangsu Province philosophy and social sciences project: “Innovative research on ideological and political education of higher vocational college students guided by practice oriented education" and Jiangsu provincial educational planning subject, "Research on teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system in higher vocational colleges" and more than 10 provincial subjects. He presided over the compilation of four books and teaching materials, such as “Spiritual navigation: mental health of college students”, “Successful sailing: a must for college students to enter school”, and published over 30 articles in core journals such as China Youth Research, Jiangsu Higher Education, Vocational and Technical Education, Education and Occupation, etc.
Wan Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, President
Wan Jian, male, born in December 1968, Haian, Jiangsu Province, doctor of land resource management, researcher, graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University. Since 1991, he has served as a counselor, secretary of the General League Branch, director of the admissions office of the student office, deputy director of the publicity department of the Party committee, secretary of the League Committee, and director of the publicity department of the Party committee of Nanjing Agricultural University. In April 2014, he was the president and deputy secretary of the Party committee of Nantong Vocational College of Science and Technology. In October 2018, he was the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
In recent years, he has successively presided over and completed the research projects of Jiangsu University Party Construction Research Association, Jiangsu university philosophy and social science research key topic, Jiangsu education science "12th Five Year Plan" key topic, Jiangsu Education Department education reform key topic and so on. He has published nearly 20 articles in China's Higher Education, Vocational Education Forum, Library and Information Work, China's Rural Economy, Higher Agricultural Education, China Education Daily, Science Daily and Farmers Daily. He has compiled works such as "The wind comes from the south foot of Zhongshan - a documentary of Nanjing Agricultural University's cultural strength", "China's rural economic survey", "New realm of Marxist theory", etc. He has successively won the outstanding propaganda ideological and cultural workers of Jiangsu Province, the advanced individuals of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province, as well as the excellent achievement award of cultural heritage and innovation research of the Ministry of Education and the teaching achievement award of Jiangsu Province.
Wang Weibing, Deputy Secretary of the Party committee
Wang Weibing, male, born in June 1963, Tongcheng, Anhui Province, bachelor's degree, associate researcher, graduated from Nanjing Shipping School and Nanjing Normal University.
Since August 1983, he has successively served as the Key Member of the Youth League Committee, the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, the chief of the catering section, the chief of the publicity section, the director of the office and the chief of the personnel section of Nanjing Shipping School; in June 2004, he was appointed as the director of the personnel department of Jiangsu Maritime Institute (elected as a member of the Party Committee of JMI in May 2008); in January 2011, he was appointed as the Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Department of Ship and Port Engineering; in July 2013, he was appointed as the party chief of Jiangsu Maritime Institute Member of the committee, vice president; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Maritime Institute in October 2018.

Tian Naiqing, Member of the Party Committee, Vice President
Tian Naiqing, male, born in May 1963, in Siyang County, Jiangsu Province, master of engineering, researcher, graduated from Nanjing Maritime School, Dalian Maritime University and Shanghai Maritime University.
Since January 1987, he has successively served as a teacher, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, section chief of the students' section, deputy director of the academic affairs office, director of the learning and engineering department, secretary of the Party branch and director of the recruitment office, director of the president's office and secretary of the Party branch of the organization, director of the president's office and chief of the personnel section of Nanjing Maritime School. In June 2004, he served as the director of the office, director of the foreign affairs office, director of the quality management office, director of the president's office and director of the foreign affairs office. Chen Xiaoqin, female, born in December 1968, in Ezhou City, Hubei Province, master of engineering, professor, graduated from Wuhan Institute of water Transport Engineering and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Since July 1990, she has successively served as a teacher, head of teaching and research group and deputy director of teaching and research office of Nanjing Shipping School. Since June 2004, she has successively served as the professional leader, librarian, director of development planning office and director of higher education institute of Jiangsu Maritime Institute. July 2013 member of the Party committee and vice president of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
She has successively presided over more than 10 subjects at or above the provincial level, such as “The policy research on the internationalization of maritime education and training”, “The research on the innovation of talent training mode of higher vocational education”, etc.; presided over the national level “Teaching resource database of maritime technology”, “The internship standard for maritime majors”, and “The excellent courses of Jiangsu port electrical equipment”, etc.; edited, reviewed and participated in five teaching materials; and worked in the electrical industry nearly 20 papers have been published in national core Chinese journals such as application, electronic technology application and provincial and ministerial authoritative journals. Miao Keyin, Member of the Party Committee, Vice President
Miao Keyin, male, born in July 1969, in Rugao, Jiangsu Province,master's degree, professor, graduated from Dalian Maritime University.
Since September 2005, he has successively served as the assistant director of the Department of Navigation Technology, the deputy director of the Department of Navigation Technology, the director of the personnel department and the dean of the School of Navigation Technology at Jiangsu Maritime Institute. Chen Zhilei, female, born in June 1973 in Shanghai, master's degree, graduated from Southeast University. In September 2015, she was appointed as the discipline inspection supervisor of the Deputy Department of Publicity Department of the provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. In October 2018, she served as secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee and member of Party committee of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
